Growing up in Massachusetts and spending summers in Cape Cod gave Brian the foundation he needed to really “get” the lobster industry and the people that work within it. That’s why he was perfectly suited to get this company started. Plus it doesn’t hurt that he really, really loves lobster. Ask him what his favorite lobster dish is and you’ll likely get a laundry list of dishes. His absolute favorite is Lobster Fra diavolo, with lobster rolls from Neptune Oyster in Boston's North End coming in at a very close second. Besides being surrounded by lobster every day all day, Brian’s biggest reward is he gets to go to work with his closest friends, and while this business has pushed his willpower to the limits, he doesn't know many people that can say that.
