Jordan never thought his previous experience flipping burgers at Shake Shack or moving high dollar properties in NYC would come in handy when he founded Homarus. But boy was he wrong. Between dealing with an elite, knowledgeable clientele while working as a realtor, and meeting the relentless demand of throngs of customers lined up for burgers on the daily, his organization and selling skills were honed to perfection. Now his days are spent in his comfort zone, selling premium lobster in NYC restaurants and bars to Michelin-starred Chefs who are known worldwide, have the highest expectations, and most often drive the hardest bargain. Married, with two daughters, Jordan spends his very limited free time watching football and testing today’s rigid child-rearing “rules” by letting his daughter eat lobster bisque at 6 months. Oh, and appearing in commercials. A renaissance man indeed.
